If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund And Return policy.
We understand how exciting it is to receive a package and that’s why we provide a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order all the way home! However, please be patient and allow 1-3 day for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you eagerly try to track your package and don’t see any information available, don’t worry. This simply means that the carrier has not yet processed your package.
Once your package has been scanned into their system, tracking events will begin to populate on the tracking page, and you can keep an eye on your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
